What is missing, what annoys you?

Chalkaholics is built by one person alongside a day job. What gets made next is therefore almost always decided by whatever someone took the trouble to write in about.

The most useful reports describe the path there: what did you do, what happened, and what would you have expected instead? There is not much to work with in “the statistics look odd” — there is a great deal in “after switching to the monthly view my flashes are missing”.

The more specific the better: what did you do, what happened, what did you expect?

What happens next

Every report gets read. You only get a reply if you leave an email address — and even then not immediately. Without an address your feedback stays anonymous; that is expressly fine.
